Agents ButlerThese terms govern the Agents Butler application and community operated by TOPPING INC. LIMITED (“TPOAD”, “we”). By installing the app or using the community you agree to them.
1. What the app does — and does not
- The app scans your computer read-only and shows candidates. Nothing moves until you confirm.
- Confirmed items are moved to a recoverable quarantine or compressed into an archive on the same drive, or handled by the owning tool's own official prune command. The app does not permanently delete files on its own.
- Quarantined items are kept 30 days by default; you are reminded 3 days before they are released. You can switch to “remind only”.
- Suggestions produced with model assistance are suggestions only. They can never pre-select an item.
2. Your responsibilities
Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. Review the list before you confirm. Do not use the app on machines you are not authorised to administer.
3. Community
You must be 13 or older. Follow the community rules on the community page. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break them, and we act on reports within a working day. You keep the rights to what you post and grant us a licence to display it within the community.
4. Rules library
The rules library is published under an open-source licence stated in its repository. Rules packs shared by community members are provided as-is and are marked as community rules in the app.
5. Alpha software, no warranty
During alpha and beta the software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TPOAD is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and on this page with a new date.
